41. AYURVEDIC MILLING SYSTEM

This “Complete Milling System” can take care of your Ayurvedic medicine pulverizing needs , whether rough or fine. It consists of a Disintegrator and a Closed Circuit Mill (Impact Pulveriser) fabricated in stainless steel of AISI 304 grade to achieve GMP standard. Both machines and motor are fixed on common stainless steel basement to avoid foundation and to save space. This basement includes motor pulley, V belt and belt guard. Disintegrator can be used as pre-cutter for hard pieces, up to 30 mesh(590 microns) and also for green leaves. Closed Circuit Mill is for pulverizing  materials up to 250 mesh(58 microns). Output capacity depends on nature of the material and fineness required .It is also proportionate to the connected power.

42. JUICE EXPELLER

A QUALITY AYURVEDIC MACHINERY YOU CAN BANK ON

Pilot S.S juice Expeller is designed to meet juice extraction needs of ayurvedic process industry. The equipment is used for continuous extraction of juice from green leaves, roots, stem, fresh coconuts and fruits. All contact parts are fabricated in S.S AISI 304 grade to achieve GMP standard.
OPERATING PRINCIPLE

The material fed through the hopper will be pulled in by a variable pitch screw. The material gets crushed in the first thread and then the squeezing pressure increases as it moves from one end to the other. Squeezing pressure can be adjusted by the pressure adjusting  conical shutter. Extract comes out from the chamber through a perforated bottom plate. It is then collected in the bottom tray and is discharged through outlet. The residue is passed out through conical shutter and collected through a channel. A water jacket is provided at one end of the chamber to avoid over heating due to high pressure extraction. Juice expeller is available in following four models.

43. PILOT SOUTINER

PILOT INDIA INVESTED THIS UNIQUE VESSEL FOR HANDLING ALL HEAT PROCESSING REQUIREMENTS
Two horizontal stirrers rotate inside the flat – bottomed vessel with minimum clearance. The  stirrers rotate with minimum clearance inside the vessel ensure complete coverage of side and bottom walls. Provision for fixing Teflon blades is given when close wiping is required. Bottom discharge valve enables easy discharging by turning the handle in right angle. Thermal insulation is provided to the side and bottom. Either thermic fluid or steam can be used as heating media.

SPECIAL FEATURES:-  The bottom the vessel is flat. Total bottom will be heated evenly. Gearbox and motor is fixed below the vessel to avoid any chances of contamination from drives. Hollow input and hollow output gearbox used to avoid couplings to minimize the maintenance.

A top conical lid with hinged and detachable 4 doors are provided as option .It is not a standard part.

44. PILOT RIBBON  BLENDER 


Pilot RIBBON BLENDER is designed for complete and even mixing of moist and dry powders to a homogeneous mixture. The material is fed through a convenient hopper. In this machine there is a ‘U’ tank and a pair of ribbons  driving material in opposite directions. A gearbox drives the ribbons. There will be a platform for machines of 500 kg and above capacity. Generally the contact parts are of stainless steel. Any other material as required can also be used.

                   The machine takes less than 20 minutes to mix well ingredients  of about 30% moisture. A few standard  designs are shown in the chart. Customized versions are available. These machines find use in large scale food, ayurvedic and chemical processing plants. By opening the bottom shutter the material can be retrieved.
