PILOT RICE WASHING, SOAKING AND RINSING MACHINE  is used for cleaning the rice by removing sand, dirt and other washable impurities from raw rice. Washed material can be collected through bottom centre door. This machine is fitted with reduction gear and motor which rotates the stirrers positioned in double walled stainless steel conical vessel. Inner vessel is perforated and act as water filter where the outer vessel is for collecting the discharge water and directing to the outlet pipe controlled by ball valve. We can retain the rice for the required soaking. After discharging the water, the material can be retained for rinsing. The motor and trolley is included. Aluminium collection tray is not a standard part.

This is used for continues washing and spin drying by rotating horizontally mounted perforated drums. Water guards are provided to avoid spillage. Motor used are 0.5 HP -3 phase and 2 HP - 3 phase one number each for washing barrel and rinsing barrel respectively. Capacity 500 kg/hr.
