28. PILOT   FRUIT PULPER


This is used to extract pulp from fruits and other pulpy items. During the operation seeds and skin get separated and discharges through a choote. It is commonly used in canning industry and ayurvedic medicine manufacturing units. This machine can also be used for pepper deskinning and spices washing. The machine is supplied with motor.

29. PILOT FRUIT MILL

Pilot fruit mill is used to crush fruits and vegetables for getting better juice extraction when squeezed in the fruit press. This is also used for grinding chili ,onion etc to form paste. This is available in two models, one model with crushing chamber trolley and auto feeder with gear and 0.25 HP motor. ( Please note main motor of 3HP for the mill is not included) second one without auto feeder and accessories.

30. PILOT SQUEEZER (Fruit Press)

Pilot Squeezer consists of one perforated vessel, external guard, collection tray, threaded at shaft with handle. This is used for extracting juice out of fruits, medicines, scraped coconut etc. This machine has to be operated manually.

32. PILOT S.S Double Jacketed Steam Kettle

This machine is used for heating liquids like fruit pulp, ayurvedic medicine etc. using externally generated steam connected through pipes. The kettle is mounted on M.S frame. Tilting arrangement is provided for discharging the material inside. In standard kettle both inner and outer will be of stainless steel. For outer jacket fabricated in mild steel 20% can be reduced from the list mentioned below. Rate mentioned is including gear and pinion tilting arrangement.
